This entire practice is phenomenal! Dr. AuYeung and his staff are all extremely thorough. I originally brought my dad here for an emergency appointment as my regular optometrist was closed due to.COVID-19. I was so impressed that I switched my my own care to Eyes on Norbeck as well. This is more than just an eyeglasses / contact lenses appointment. Eyes on Norbeck cares about the actual health of your eyes. Coming here is one of the best decisions you will ever make for your health and vision.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Eyes on Norbeck and was greeted with warmth, hospitality and compassion! Dr. AuYeung and Annie are incredibly professional and knowledgeable and their facility is clean and organized with an awesome collection of modern glasses. I will definitely be back for all future eye appointments and eye care needs!

Eyes on Norbeck is the best. As a health care provider, I understand what it takes to run an independently owned medical facility and they are wonderful. Dr. AuYeung is friendly, thorough, and competent. Melissa and Annie at the front explain all billing procedures in full and won’t leave you with any surprises. In fact, they offered me rebates for new contact lenses and explained my out of network benefits (which are just as good as the in- network benefits, so don’t let that stop you!) Dr. AuYeung squeezed me in today for an emergency appointment (thank you!) and gave me samples so I didn’t also have to go to the pharmacy. Customer service here is top notch. I have been recommending this office to my patients and would not even think about another eye doctor for my personal needs. Thank you so much for your above and beyond care. I truly appreciate it. You are the best!!

Best experience at a Doctors office. Melissa, Dr.Chun and the staff are very polite and welcoming. Going in for a visit is easy and seamless. They are very helpful in assisting you to meet your needs and aid you for anything you are looking for. Dr. Chun is very informative, caring and really enjoys getting to know the patient.

I was a walk in and they took me right away. Annie and the doctor assisted me and were so polite and professional! They made getting my exam quick and easy. I will definitely be returning.

Can’t say enough about what a great experience this was. No one looks forward to an eye exam, but I give Dr. AuYeung major credit for making it downright pleasant and pain-free.

His practice is technologically advanced, with high-end equipment. He also has the patience to deal with indecisive types, such as myself, who can’t quite decide whether this picture is blurrier than the last one.
Also worth noting how that he accepts many insurance plans, and offers online scheduling. While I don’t necessarily hate the idea of talking to a human, the fact that I could sit on my laptop at midnight and schedule an eye exam is a nice bonus.

I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Dr. Auyeung is; his knowledge of optometry and his network of consultants assures me that I can continue seeing him further. He’s extremely well-equipped with knowledge, offers a top-notch personable patient experience, and has demonstrated that he is affiliated with the network of Washington DC’s top optometrists. He even was able to direct me to DC’s top lasik surgeon in case I was interested. Definitely when the time comes, I’ll know to come back to further inquire. There is no office better than Dr. Auyeung’s and you’ll know it the moment your consultation and visit begins.

Convenient, on time, and the staff were incredibly pleasant. So much better than every other experience I’ve had recently at other places. Definitely recommend.

Great experience, helpful and knowlegable front staff. The doctor made sure I understood what he was telling me Bout my results and why I was having problems. Great experience for me getting my first pair of glasses
